Serving as CEO of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum from 1999 to 2013, he is a true community and civic champion.
Through his leadership as CEO of the Rock Hall, Terry enhanced a strong relationship with the New York City-based Foundation which resulted in initiating the “every other year” location of the Rock induction Ceremony in Cleveland. This was a huge accomplishment for the Hall, the City of Cleveland and the State of Ohio.
He undertook a successful capital campaign, retained the location of the Library and Archives in Cleveland, and stabilized attendance at the Rock Hall. His leadership oversaw an increased economic impact to the City and Region at $107 million.
